Wiles Custom Rods offers a variety of handle types and styles made from different materials including including: turned wooden handles, a very lite custom carbon fiberglass composite, and a Texalium Tube. Other types of handles are available on request.

You can customize your rod by selecting various handle types that are available in wood and a custom carbon fiberglass composite. You may also select the art or custom thread wrap between the parts of the split grip.

A Texalium Tube with slip rings makes a great spinning rod handle for fishermen with big hands. Mounting the reel at the top of the tube lets your thumb and for finger rest on the rod blank for greater sensitivity.
